UPSC Special Class Railway Apprentices Examination (SCRA), 2010

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will hold the Special Class Railway Apprentices’ Examination (SCRA), 2010 on 19th December, 2010 for recruitment to the Special Class Apprentices in the Mechanical Department of Indian Railways.






Eligibility:





Age : Not less than 17 years and not more than 21 years as on 1st August, 2010. The upper age is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC and certain other categories of candidates to the extent specified in the Notice.





Educational Qualification : Must have passed in the first or second division, the intermediate or an equivalent examination of a University/Board approved by the Government of India with Mathematics and at least one of the subjects Physics and Chemistry as subjects of the examination.

Physical Standards: Candidates must be physically fit according to the Regulations given in notice.
